Job Purpose: . To provide strategic, project and operational facilities management support to the Division and the ZAPIA. Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering , or equivalent - 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management Responsibilities - To develop and manage the Facilities Management (FM) response to Strategic directives related to the management reporting and delivery of FM Services including but not limited to Executive Directives and initiatives, Maintenance Directives, Plan 2030 and Estidama. - To manage the delivery of Facilities Management Consultancy Services to the business. - To review all project design and documentation to assess FM requirements and integrate contract provisions to facilitate the handover of projects from the Project Management team to the FM team for operation of facilities - To develop and manage the implementation of systems and related process documentation to deliver world class facilities management services including but not limited to Policies and Procedures, Helpdesk, documentation, service delivery and performance assessment - To develop, review and manage the sourcing, implementation, operation and reporting of all related Information Computer and Technology (ICT) systems for the support and delivery of Facilities Management requirements including Computer Aided Facility Management System (CAFM), Building Management System (BMS), Building Energy Management System (BEMS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS)and their implementation in the business. - To review all operating requirements for the Project and existing operations to develop associated budgets and related financial information to support the delivery of services to the business. - Review and manage the development of Facilities Management Manpower requirements including the preparation of personnel specifications, Job descriptions, and technical assessments for Divisional management approval - To develop and manage the preparation of all related FM Request for Proposals (RFPs) documentation, tender evaluation and technical recommendation. - To develop and review all related Design, Construction contracts and FM Service Provider Contracts including the formulation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet the ZAPIA business requirements. - To develop and review all FM document control requirements not limited to and including day to day files, drawings and O&Ms and other technical references. - Prepare a variety of reports for Divisional Management - Follow EHS Policies and Procedures.
