This position reports to the HR Development Division Head Job Purpose Responsible for processing payroll & other staff payment, monitor and maintain staff leave records and accruals accurately in the HRMS system. Administer various employees benefit programs such as Medical Insurance, Group Life Insurance and Loss of License Insurance; and serve as a point of contact (internally and externally communication) for all HR Services and issues related thereto. Duties and Responsibilities Leave Administrator: Monitor and control leave records/balance during the year and validate end of year balances for pay-outs or deductions on HRMS. Check leave updates for correctness and validate against grade entitlements. Monitor leave in excess of entitlement for recovery. Notify management of excessive absenteeism. Respond to leave record queries and balance request. Make necessary revisions when changes in the company policies arise. Monthly Attendance Management: Maintain/Monitor Employee Monthly Attendance System. Generate Monthly Report from attendance system with discrepancies in attendance. To be communicated with Employee/Managers for clarification. Notify the Payroll team with absenteeism. Medical Claims Supervisions: Provides Guidance and Supervision On Medical Claims. Ensure accurate/on time claim processing and insurance billings. Ensures smooth Process and follow-up on medical claims outside network reimbursements, and subsequently dispatch claim reimbursements. Administrating Group Life Insurance Policy: Register employee accident and/or injury with Group Life Insurance provider. Adjust correspondingly leave with sick leave in accordance with company policy. Maintain complete and accurate records of industrial injury and accident. Preparing Contract Amendments: Coordinate contract amendments based on approved salary proposal. Cascade to all concerned for the amendment to employment status. Consequently, supervise updating Medical and Group Life status, if applicable.
Experience in Word, Excel, MS Share Point, HRMS, and other applicable database programs Knowledge of company policies and procedures, particularly in the application of company employee benefit programs knowledge of correct English usage, the composition of business letters, reports, charts, presentations, etc. Fluency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
