Currently we are looking for UAE National & Arab National candidates for Project Manager – Organization Quality position for our client in Abu Dhabi - Government entity. Please find below the job requirement: 1. Develop, implement standards and policies to design operations and services and provide training. 2. Prepare, review and manage quality policies . 3. Design, develop and manage procedures with all relevant forms, policies, services and key performance indicators in ARS. 4. Develop quality policies, procedures and procedures, train staff and motivate them to implement it on the work. 5. Manage database operations, processes and services and manage privilege for users on ARS program 6. Manage Change management operations, processes and services in coordination with all departments in the ARS program. 7. Implement continuous improvement tools. 8. Use benchmarking to improve and develop processes in an innovative and creative way. 9. Analyzing operations and working to identify the requirements of automation conversion with IT. 10. Manage implementing international Standards and Qualification and provide the necessary support to all departments to ensure obtaining it. 11. Develop and supervise the implementation of the internal audit plan in accordance with quality management requirements. 12. Supervising and follow-up of closing all corrective and preventive actions associated with the quality management system. 13. Provide support in the development of the excellence and quality programs and initiatives across the education sector as per the government excellence criteria and requirements. 14. Provide inputs for the development of tools to support excellence and capability building systems, processes and frameworks, to co-manage special projects
1. Governance • Ensure adherence and execution of the unit's policies and procedures as defined by the Division Director • Ensure compliance of the unit to the guidelines defined by the risk management and quality management guidelines • Participate and provide inputs in the periodic audit of the established policies and procedures to ensure compliance 2. Management Reporting • Contribute to the development of the periodic reports, as requested by Section Head / Division Director • Propose and recommend remedial activities to manage any quality or non-compliance issues that arise during the review of unit’s performance 3. Change Management Manage the execution of the change management activities in the unit including all stakeholder communications as per the approved communication plan, as required. 4. Technology Management • Contribute to defining of the technology-related needs of the unit ,including SMART services and system, to drive automation within the direct line of work 5. Personal Development • Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
