Participate in all phases of new projects to aid in scoping, prioritization and requirements definition to support the organization: • Liaison between ITS and the other business functions to assure effective delivery of existing ITS services and functionality • Work to build relationships with the process owners and business functions • Solely responsible for a specific area e.g. end-to-end cross departmental processes • Aid in creation of project charters, analyses for value capture, document business needs for specific projects to be chartered • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: • Functional requirements • Business Requirements Document • Use Cases • GUI • Screen and Interface designs • Provide project management support when required, namely: • Project initiation and planning • Project coordination • Project implementation and communication • Training as required • Preparation of project documentation • Ensuring delivery of milestones • Engage stakeholders in support of initiatives • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously • Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of Account Managers • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their objectives • Work with project teams and business to develop user acceptance test criteria with the business during the solving phase • Participate/lead review and final sign off of functional specifications • Maintain business process architecture / process map for key processes • Continually provide application systems improvements, especially in cross-business processes
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies • Ability to document and diagram systems & business processes, and migration procedures with minimal background information • Ability to document use cases • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Good business understanding and background • Good leadership skills including people management, selection and development skills • Very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of arabic language is an advantage • Very good analytical, planning, forecasting, execution and problem solving skills • Ability to acquire and apply new skills • Flexible and able to work under pressure • Respect and promote trust and confidentiality • Results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work and able to “think out of the box” • Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions • Able to manage a multi-cultural environment and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve goals and deliverables • Good knowledge of health insurance concepts • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Engineering or other related fields
