• Support routine activities of the Intelligence department, including but not limited to; o administration and monitor of leave/sick days and training days o file confidential and non-confidential documents o coordinate management reporting o monitor progress on tasks/projects delegated to the staff o support project kick-offs and administration and execute project tasks at request o fulfil the role of Committee secretary • Coordinate purchase orders, LPOs, contracts or invoices with internal and external parties. • Manages office and IT equipment and coordination of maintenance services. • Coordinate audit and BCM roles for the department, including training of new staff • Liaise with other Daman Departments and external organizations as needed • Act as quality manager for the department (e.g. ensure all units have correct documentation, etc.) and attend all meetings with QA on Intelligence behalf • Contribute to the delivery of Intelligence services, such as refresh, analysis, or advice as per business needs • Understand the analytics approach and translate it into user-friendly self-service reports • Assist the Manager, Intelligence in any way required, including taking minutes of meetings, coordinating travel or meeting arrangements and support presentation preparation
• Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage • Basic analytical, execution, problem solving and decision making skills • Ability to acquire and apply new skills • Flexible and able to work under pressure • Respect and maintain confidentiality • Demonstrate drive to ensuring results and quality of work • Good level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and support teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve goals and deliverables • Basic knowledge of health insurance concepts • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications • Knowledge of principles of organization, planning, records management & administration • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, copiers/scanners and facsimile machines • Daman Analytical Framework requirements: o Proficiency in software tools (excel): 1.5 o Quantitative thinking: 1.5 o Analytical thinking: 1.5 o Conceptual thinking: 1.5 o Practical problem solving skills: 1.5 o Effective communication of meaning: 2
