*Position Title: Customer Service Representative - Outsource "Western Region" *Job Objective: To occupy the front desk of the Customer Service Centre; greet visitors, and handle walk-in/call-in/online queries and licensing/accreditation application submissions (as they pertain to school, teacher and principal licensing). *Functional Role: - Provide the interface between applicants and the licensing and accreditation standards teams, providing high levels of customer service and clear explanation of the application process, ensuring the office becomes a base for schools to direct queries, and receive updates on application progression; - Receive all licensing and accreditation applications and forward to ADEC Central for processing; - Handle or progress complaints and share relevant information with customers in person (walk-ins), over the phone (call-ins) or online; - Consult FAQs and directory to escalate queries/questions/issues to relevant sectors; - Represent ADEC to the public, ensure that information is always accurate and provides a good reflection of ADEC’s licensing and accreditation processes; - Perform any other duties as requested. *Salary: AED 10,000.00 *Academic Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration or any relevant major *Professional Experience: 2 years in Customer Service
