Job Objective: To support the Legal Affairs Division by participating in the Division’s functions and activities. To contribute to effective legal management with the Council.
Functional Role: Support the provision of legal advice to colleagues on the topics of legislation and policy development, ensure consistency of decisions/advice around legislation; Research developments in UAE law/legislation; Deliver advice to colleagues around interpretations of new and existing laws; Review ADEC contracts, agreements, RFPs and RFQs before their approval/submission; Maintain the legislation and decree depositary; Prepare legal memos; Perform other duties as requested.
