Project Coordination: • Compilation of regular reports to the Senior Project Manager in order that he/she is able to maintain a comprehensive overview of the project and manage milestones. • Resolve project issues as they arise on any training location • Provide a second Point-of-Contact for all client requests • Ensure instructors and students follow established policies (e.g. health and safety, hygiene etc.) and protocols (e.g. examination phases, attendance etc.) • Other duties required by stakeholders to maintain smooth running of the operation. • Provide an interface between the Senior Management, Delivery Team. Quality Assurance: • Lead and manage all aspects of the quality control process, ensuring all facets of the project adhere to objectives, quality, effectiveness and efficiency standards • In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager ensure the course achieves the requisite quality outcomes as required by the client and where appropriate, external accrediting agencies • Ensuring that regulated qualifications and courses are regulated and assessed in accordance with the qualification specification • In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager manage the course review outcomes and supervise the implementation of recommendations • Monitor submission of routine reports across all facets of course delivery ensuring it remains in-line with agreed reporting timelines (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) • Oversee general course administration ensuring it remains in line with policies and procedures relating to student services and administration • Ensure all staff and student databases with details relating to training activities, results and anything else are accurate and up to date • Undertake administrative support in relation to academic integrity, including plagiarism, cheating and discipline cases Liaison and Reporting: • Establish and maintain relationships with the client and all stakeholders • Regular submission of quality assurance documents including routine Quality Assurance Reviews and the Quality Assurance Register, to define all quality management activities, to the Senior Project Manager at regular intervals
• Proven work experience as an Administrator and Quality Assurer within Education sectors • Experience in Project Management beneficial • Hands on experience coordinating multiple training events ideally in a Training or Educational Environment • Experience in Database Management • Proficient with MS Office • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments • Strong communication skills • Degree level qualification or equivalent in Quality
